UBA Collaborates with Universities to Develop Blockchain Curriculum.
Yesterday, June 4, 2024, UBA collaborated with representatives from universities including the University of Transport and Communications (UTC), University of Economics – Technology for Industries (UNETI), Dong A University (EAUT), and C2VN to hold a meeting to discuss drafting a basic Blockchain curriculum for students.

During the meeting, the parties agreed to refer to the CBCA course material of the Cardano Foundation as a basis. The curriculum is expected to include two main modules, with the following specific content:

Module 1:

General Introduction and Background
What is Blockchain
Blockchain Generations
Public Key Encryption
Hash Functions
Digital Signatures
Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance
Proof of Stake and Proof of Work
Other Approaches of Consensus

Module 2:
Transaction Models
Chain Features
Double-spending Attack
Block Rewards and Transaction Fees
Web3 Architecture
Scalability: Layer 1 Solutions
Scalability: Layer 2 Solutions
Smart Contracts, EUTxO…
In the coming time, the parties will continue to exchange and critique to complete the curriculum, serving the teaching of students.
