On June 15, 2024, at the conference “Student Startups on the Blockchain Platform” organized by the University of Transport and Communications, UBA members participated and delivered two important presentations by Mr. Do Ngoc Minh and Mr. Nguyen Anh Tien.
The conference brought many new startup opportunities on the Blockchain platform, especially the Cardano Blockchain platform and the Catalyst Fund. The presentations of student groups from the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) – University of Transport and Communications created many emotional moments. The startup journey of the students has gone through many difficulties and challenges, from sleepless nights to working on holidays.
The determination and persistence of the students were affirmed through their honest and touching sharing. On the path to entrepreneurship, they not only face material difficulties but also overcome loneliness when lacking companions to share with. At these times, determination and not giving up are important factors that help them move towards success.
Over the past two years, with the dedicated guidance from the teachers of the Faculty of IT and the support from UBA, from freshman and sophomore student scientific research topics, they have gradually formed their startup projects. These efforts have been well rewarded as their projects have received an initial funding of 500 million VND. To date, this capital has increased to a dream figure, giving them more motivation and confidence to continue developing their startup projects.
